Returns / Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for shipping it back to us.

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you. We will immediately update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will receive the credit according to your card issuer’s timing policies.

We’re sorry, shipping costs are non­refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If a refund is issued, the cost of shipping will be deducted.


Please be advised that there is a 24-hour requirement for cancellations of any service. If you fail to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 20% of the service cost.

This applies to any to our appointment based services: Facials, Brazilian Waxing, and Lashes.
